KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah Health Department will be fogging four areas tomorrow (Monday) in its agressive effort to control the current dengue outbreak in Sabah.
Fogging will take place in Taman Ridgeview Phase 9, Taman Sri Kepayan and Taman Selesa on 15 March at 4.30pm.
Residents are urged to open their gates to allow the health workers to come into their compound to carry out fogging, and to open all their windows unless there are elderly and babies in the house.
Further information can be obtained from the Sabah Health Department Facebook Page at PKN Sabah.

Jannie Lasimbang, ADUN Kapaayan, said that after she was contacted by the Vector-borne Disease Control Plan Unit of the Sabah Health Department to help alert residents last Friday, she has mobilised her Kapayan ADUN Office to inform leaders in these housing areas and to put out the information on social media.
“I have also informed Ginger Phoong, ADUN Luyang, to assist me” she added.
Jannie said a number of residents have voiced their concern about the outbreak, and she urge the authorities to do their very best to contain dengue as soon as possible.
She also urged residents to be always vigilant and to clean their surroundings in order to destroy any breeding grounds for the dengue mosquitoes.
